The firm pledges to operate under the PRSSA code of ethics and to represent the Raymond D. Wiley PRSSA chapter professionally. Pyramid PR members strive to achieve the dual objectives of providing quality services and gaining hands-on experience.

Pyramid is run under the direction of the PRSSA Director, with the PRSSA faculty advisors and graduate advisors overseeing all work produced by members of the firm. Two members directly assist the Director. One assistant is in charge of keeping the firm connected with the local Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) chapter and the other is responsible for assisting the Director with records and secretarial tasks. Account Executives oversee their account teams and report directly to the Director.
